Meet Our Officers
Caitlin Golden is the current Chair of the Student Sustainability Task Force, and it is also her first year at RPI. She is a freshman Environmental Engineering major (class of 2020) and started attending SSTF meetings during her first semester, shortly being elected as Chair for her second semester at school.
She is from Rockland County, New York where she has worked as an ice cream scooper for Ben & Jerry’s for over 2 years, which sparked an interest in sustainability after taking part in many of Ben & Jerry’s social responsibility eco-missions. During the summer she also works for the Rockland Conservation Corps in water testing, wildlife conservation and soil science.
Anna Miliakos is the Vice Chair of SSTF. She is a Chemical Engineer Class of 2020.

She first became involved with SSTF in the fall of 2015 as secretary for that academic year, and has since enjoyed going on service trips, writing for the Poly and Sustainability Newsletters, and making new friends at meetings. She has been a supporting member of the Sodexo Greening Project.
Amelia Grimm Blauw is a Senior STS (Science Technology Studies) major, class of 2017.
Asia Gauler is the Treasurer of SSTF. She became involved in SSTF in the Spring of 2016 as a member. That semester she became the Treasurer of SSTF. In the Fall 2017 semester she was Co-Chair.
She is from Ohio and enjoys reading. She is majoring in Sustainability Studies Class of 2017. In May she will not only get her degree in sustainability but minors in both Business and Chinese.
Matt Scatena is Secretary of SSTF. He is a Bio-Mechanical Engineer Class of 2019
Kiani Conley Wilson is Webmaster of SSTF. She first became involved in SSTF in the fall of 2014. She quickly got involved with a leadership position in the organization by becoming Vice Chair and later SSTF Chair that semester.
During her time at SSTF she has helped increased membership, visibility, and number events held by the organization. She has led SSTF members to start projects they are passionate about such as the Sodexo Greening Project and the improving the Environmental Education Center (EEC).
Lei Luo is the Social Media focusing on graphic designfor SSTF. He is a a DIS (Design Innovation and Society) & Computer Science dual major class of 2020. He is involved in the GRF project and the Sodexo Greening Project.
His main responsibility is to design posters and signs for organizational activities. He first became involved with SSTF in the fall of 2016 as a member, and is currently devoted to Green Revolving Fund. He is passionate about a sustainability career as he has been volunteering in Farmer Market at the booth of Troy Zero Waste for over 20 hours, transporting the compost from cook booths and spreading ideas of recycling. He is also interested in coding and computers.
Erica Uhler is the Sodexo Greening Project Lead. Her freshman year she got involved with SSTF while she lived in Vasudha, RPI’s environmental freshman theme housing. She now is the RA to Vasudha Living and Learning. She has held several positions such as Outreach Coordinator and Secretary.
Not only has she been involved in SSTF but she the PR Manager of Terra Cafe, an environmental club that supply the campus with a weekly sustainable meal in EMPAC. She is a Chemical Engineer major class of 2018.
