Green Revolving Fund Proposal Project Announced

SSTF announces its latest project, a Green Revolving Fund proposal.  Currently, SSTF members are working on coming up with the details of the GRF as well as proposals for potential projects to fund.  Our goal is to present this before the administration by the end of Fall 2014.  In order to do so, we will need to make a concentrated effort on researching and creating good quality proposals.  More manpower would certainly be welcome!
